2. Videographers will arrive at the appropriate time and location as scheduled.

5. All equipment used to gather video and sound during the event and equipment used to produce the finished product will be state-of-the-art and in good working order.

THE ROYAL TREATMENT
The Royal Treatment begins at dawn of the Big Day and coverage lasts through the last dance of the reception. Two videographers will be covering the events of the day for you. One videographer will arrive at the bride’s location when appointed to record her wedding day preparations while the other videographer will track the movements of the groom. Both will follow the couple as they arrive at the ceremony location. The two-camera coverage of the ceremony will offer editing choices for a royally beautiful video album. Coverage will continue at the reception where distinguishing features of the celebration will be depicted as well as all the special traditions and spontaneous moments. The one-hour finished product will include special effects that coincide with your chosen video style. The video will begin with a Through-the-Years pictorial montage (using no more than 40 handpicked photographs of the bride and groom as they’ve grown up) and will close with credits. The entire production will include music and audio where appropriate. A separate Love Story video is also included in this package. The Love Story will be produced by interviewing the bride and groom and others close to you and edited into the final production. A five minute highlight video will also be included and may be posted to a web-site for all to see. You will receive one VHS copy of the un-edited footage and three VHS or DVD copies of the finished piece.

A PRINCESS FOR A DAY
As a Princess for a Day you will receive wedding day coverage beginning one hour before the ceremony, including two cameras at the ceremony. The bride and groom’s arrival to the wedding ceremony location will be captured as well as every beautiful aspect to the ceremony. Coverage will continue at the reception where distinguishing features of the celebration will be depicted as well as all the special traditions and spontaneous moments. The one-hour finished product will include special effects that coincide with your chosen video style, music, and closing credits. You have the choice of opening your video album with a Through-the-Years pictorial montage (using no more than 40 handpicked photographs of the bride and groom as they’ve grown up) OR requesting a 5-minute highlight video of your Big Day. You will receive one VHS copy of all the un-edited footage and three VHS or DVD copies of the finished piece.

HAPPILY EVER AFTER
The Happily Ever After package covers all the most important elements of your Big Day. One videographer will arrive one hour before the ceremony to capture the bride and groom’s arrival at the wedding ceremony location and all the beautiful moments of the ceremony. Coverage will continue at the reception for up to three hours. The one-hour finished product will include special effects that coincide with your chosen video style, music, and closing credits. You will receive one DVD copy of the un-edited footage and three VHS or DVD copies of the finished piece. $1,500
